Periodically I give Wilson’s site a quick check to see if there is anything new up there for me to spend money on. Today I was rewarded for my curiosity with a shocking image, a shocking image, I tells ya. Wilson put a classic book to the torch, as you can see here.

You’d have laughed if you could have seen me struggling to choose which book to set afire. I had picked some stupid romancy type book of Cindy’s but decided that it wouldn’t have as much artistic impact that way. Then I found this water damaged book of Shakespeare stuff. It was clearly the lesser of several evils since I have probably a dozen copies of Shakespeare’s complete works lying around. Nevertheless, it was difficult fo me to set any book on fire. I felt like a Nazi or perhaps Pat Robertson. I will be reprising this photo today except I will be adding a litte excellerent to make the fire more impressive. BTW, the shot is supposed to be the first in a series called “Ignorance”. More to come since this theme is almost limitless…
