VallenQuiz #2

It’s been a week since the last quiz, which was far far too easy.  So, let’s take things up a notch here.

  1. What dog made a leap to grab a handful of five dollar bills, thinking it was another treat?
  2. What child once said: “Mom, is f$@k a bad word?”
  3. What child was once nicknamed “Gluestick”?
  4. What child once said (adorably): “I loo noo snow mush!” (I love you so much)
  5. And finally, what dog is inexplicably attracted to the pile of leaves I left on the front lawn, peeing and even pooping on them every chance he gets?

There, that should prove to be slightly more challenging.  If somebody gets the right answer I will reveal one of the first pictures of Quinn in his hockey gear on the ice.  Trust me, it’s adorable.

Right, let’s hear it folks.

*** Update:  Sorry for the delay folks.  As promised, here’s Quinn on the ice, looking like he means business… thanks to Mr. Ross for the pic.

    3. Quinn
    4. Cael
    5. Lloyd

Yep, this one’s harder! I don’t remember “gluestick” at all!

  2. 1) Harvey (seems odd)
    2) Jordy
    3) Quinn
    4) Quinn
    5) Harvey

You threw us a curve ball! I tried to apply one to each “child”….sneaky there VallenFine!

  3. Yeah you have to get up pretty early in the morning to get one past me… or just make me stay up late, that pretty much makes me dumber than a box of hammers.

Stand by for the pic while I dig it up.

  4. That might be the cutest hockey picture ever. Thanks for sharing it. Man, I have to grin thinking of you guys entering into the Arena Years. I have just reached the stage with Tristan where he’d rather be dropped off and NOT have you watch, when lo, we’re starting up with Xavier again! It’s all fun, though. And I meant to reply earlier in relation to quiz question #2. When Tristan was in Grade 1 he memorably said: “Mom, I know how to spell the F word. I would never say it, but it’s just “F,” right?”

  5. I think I remember that story Ali. Awesome. Yes, the hockey years have started, and Quinn is loving it. Add to that the fact that I slipped and became the team manager, and things will probably get a little silly soon.’

I shudder to imagine what will happen when Cael wants to start playing too.
